What is our return policy for online purchases?


Our customers mean the most to us and we want you to be happy. Online purchases may be returned for store credit or merchandise exchange within 14 days of purchase. All Sales Are Final On Sale Items.




What is our return policy for in-store purchases?


Returns on full price purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or merchandise exchange. After 7 days, all sales are final. Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.




What is the return policy for item that shipped for free?


If you returned an item that qualified for free shipping, we will issue you a store credit for item amount, less the standard shipping cost of what it was to ship to you. Please remember, that is at your cost to send the item back to us.




What do I do if my item is damaged in shipping?


If the merchandise you received is damaged in delivery, you must keep all packaging and notify Toad Hall in order to file a claim. You may be asked to provide photos of damaged merchandise and packing materials so please do not throw anything away until we tell you it is allowed. If done so, then the claim can not be processed and we will not refund you for the damaged merchandise. We do our best to minimize breakage but it can occur and we ask for your assistance and cooperation.
